betfair are very slow to respond, having emailed them a few times with queries, been a week and more for a response
sportingbet, very poor. as jamdog said, refusing to pay out on promotions. once used their livechat facility to speak to a CSA - called Randy
- and he was useless. failed to understand my (basic) query and couldnt offer any help
willhill. superb. livechat as tosh said is great. very useful facility, once helped me out within a matter of minutes on a query i had.
