Many other companies require this documentation before authorising withdrawals. It is generally in the terms and conditions. Due to their unethical marketing I decided to give this one a swerve, despite the offers of free bets.
Might be an idea to come here and ask questions before taking out a new account next time. Hopefully if you produce the required documentation you will get paid. This is fairly common practice with non-U.K bookmakers.
Btw, if there is alredy a thread on a subject you wish to discuss could you use that please. That way all information on the same subject is kept together. |
