If so, remove the quotes and the =, so your formula should be something like:
=IF(S35=3,(25-P35)*3,IF(S35=1,(25-P35),IF(S35=0,(P35)*-1))) |

tried =IF(S35=3,(25-P35)*3,IF(S35=1,(25-P35),IF(S35=0,(P35)*-1)))
but its still returning FALSE
