i normally work out the results as i go with the cup, but i have been known to make errors on a weekly occurence
, so it wont hurt to add that the selections are for the cup - dont worry if you forget/not realise its cup day as its not a life or death thing, and, for the qualifying rounds, everybody is in the cup automatically
