| Re: NHL Thu 11/1 Montreal Canadiens @ Philadelphia Flyers (00:05 GMT) I like canadiens in this match, seems i have underestimated their will and improved in health against the Trashers, and they won last period of that match with 2-0, so no problem with stamina. For the Flyers Forsberg should be in line up, but IMO that doesnt represent only a small change in improvement of their games. Have looked their previous results, and they used their trip a xmas break to get some wins against home teams who were suffering from holiday sindrome. Im still thinking about this match, but the lean is on the Montreals side. From Associated Press Sports: Forsberg has missed four games with a groin injury, but practiced Wednesday and said that he is ready to go."Everything's fine," he said. "And hopefully I'll be in the lineup for a while." Forsberg has struggled all season to perfect a skate for his balky right ankle, which was surgically repaired last May. He said that his troubles with his skate caused the groin injury. "Is it a hundred percent? No, it's not a hundred percent," he said. "But I have to play. My hope is that it will get to one hundred percent." New York Islanders @ Boston Bruins (00:05 GMT) Typical trend play and im taking it. Islanders defeated Rangers to end their cold streak, and that was simply a chart play, im going again on them tonight as they own the series against lately very bad Bruins. Not much more to add. Ottawa Senators @ New York Rangers (00:05 GMT) Tight match IMO and the goalies will be crucial in this one. Ludqvist was excelent both times those two met this year, with .964 and .971 SP, but was terrible in last match against Islanders with .800 SP. Emery on the other side seems more consistant and also both time very good ag. Rangers with one shotout. To tight match for eveno thinking about betting on. Lean to Ottawa because of better form. Toronto Maple Leafs @ Buffalo Sabres (00:05 GMT) PLAY OF THE DAY…No leans, this is the bet. Buffalo on handicap against injury plagued Leafs. I see nothing positive about Torontos visit to Buffalo. Sabres played match last night, but really they shouldnt struglle against a team who is having problems filling their ranks and organising their lines. But will wait until more is known about the status of some Leafs players. |
