Reasoning	These two teams are desperate for a win and will play hard tonight as both think they have a great shot to end losing streaks. Atlanta has had serious trouble scoring in their last 5 (averaging under 80 pts) but they have faced tough defense (cle, det, ind) so I think their stats are a bit deceiving. New Orleans have been allowing 96 points per game which is decent though I think Atlanta will be able to score even more. The Hawks arent a great defensive team themselves and I figure this will be a close game, going back and forth so I'll take the over. Over is 10-3 in NO last 13 vs. NBA Southeast.
