Says in the ad that collection possible and looking at the feedback that is what I would want to do
For the amount of the item I would'nt risk being scammed.
I would insist on collection and if its refused then contact eBay and issue a NPS (non performing seller) and leave negative feedback. As Morls said you may well get a neg back in return but as long as you leave a polite factual follow up to it there should'nt be a problem as most sellers will look at it and make their own minds up. A neg will do her far more harm than you.
