On the front page "Top 5 tipster form" doesn't work, and if you go to any
page with database content (e.g., "Current tips"), it doesn't work and gives you this message.
Actually, it looks as though it's just a problem with "Top 5 tipster form", and on every page it
gives an error when it tries to load this and doesn't go on to load any other database content
on that page.
