There's no way to look at the trading history once the game has finished and the market's been settled.
I've thought for some time that
Betfair should collate trading data and sell it (or, preferably, give it to me for free) as it would be a very valuable resource. You can already get statistics on goals distribution, first-half/second-half performance etc but this information would be an insight into herd mentality, how the market reacts to goals, sending-offs, the clock running down etc
