Mozayada was highly progressive on the all-weather over the winter and went through a spell in which she won 5/6 handicaps, almost doubling her handicap mark. As expected, the handicapper caught up with her and halted the progression, but she has now slipped back into the turf sphere and seems to have dropped down to a very attractive mark. She runs off 67 here, yet has won off 10 lbs higher on the AW. It is fair to say she isnt as good on turf as she is on the AW but still, off this mark she could go close. The deteriorating conditions will suit her down to the ground and ideally she'd want a mudbath as her best form has come on the slow fibresand at Southwell. Her recent turf runs have come on quicker surfaces so although disappointing, may not have been totally ideal. 25/1 PP, EW. |
