As I understand your question you do not need a copy on each computer. You want just one networked copy on one computer or network server. That way any user adds his data or order to the server copy whilst Sage is locked (automatically) for him/her alone. As soon as he/she is finished, that data is viewable by all users on the network. There can be no duplication as there is only one copy. Need to find out if your current copy of Sage is networkable. If not, buy one copy that is. No need to pay anything to maintain that networked data either. |
