Default Contribution based jobseeker's allowance - Do I pay for dental treatment

I've just qualified as a teacher but have been unable to get a job yet

I'm having some dental work done but I'm going to the dole office tomorrow to sign on for about 5 weeks.

From what I can gather from websites etc as I will be applying for contribution based JSA, rather than income based JSA which provides free dental care, I'll have to pay for my dental treatment.

Can anybody ITK confirm if this is the case?

Cheers
