I know that credit cards have been charging gambling transactions as cash advances for about two years - have a search on the forum and you'll see lots of threads about it.

No need to 'shout', or was your caps lock stuck?
Regardless, for as long as I was a winning poker player, I never had to make constant balance transfers from my e-wallet to my poker site. I left the money there so that I avoided these charges until it was absolutely necessary that I had to withdraw.
If (and I say if cos I don't know for sure, obviously) you're a winning trader, and you need to withdraw back to your card each week, then you will have to take these charges on the chin until such time you're more financially solvent, and can use a cheaper alternative.
