Congrats on the new arrival
Hope all goes well for mother and baby
Now onto getting up early, As you know our Daughter had a little boy and she lives with us still.
So we tell her to try and get his last feed to somewhere between 10pm and midnight, Now at only 2 mths old his feed is generally 10.30 to 11.30
sleeps right through till around 7 then gets changed and fed and he sleeps till about 9
So thats my only bit of advice mate, and yes them darker curtains no light getting in to room all work
