Personally i would bet about 1/20 that this guy knowingly placed a cheating bet (almost certainly in play) on volleyball or tennis or something. I work in the industry and trade in play all week and in my experience the Eastern Europeans would sell their Grans to have you over on a "race to 5 points" bet or similar - ANYTHING they can get an edge on and cheat. He probably sat on their console all week just waiting for that one rick (we have plenty of those little bastads!) and then pounced for a max stake bet and then starts
when he is not paid out on an event that has already finished. Happens all the time, its great for them cos it really is a no lose situation, they either get voided or paid out! Obviously it would result in the account being closed but they've got so many dodgy bank cards over there they'll have a new bonus abusing account on the go within hours lol.
I maybe wrong but i doubt it.
