RATES: Monday thru Thursday $225 Per Night - Friday thru Sunday $449 per NightHolidays Add $100 - Weekly $1,799 - Cleaning Fee $150 (Non-Refundable) Pool & Jacuzzi Heating $25 per Night. Security Deposit $500 - $600 (Fully-Refundable)Check-in time is 4:00 PM Check-out time is 10:00 AM3 night minimum stay. 28 Guest maximum occupancy at NO additional charge.50% of booking amount is due at time of reservation. Full amount due 6 months prior to arrival. Security deposit is due 1 Week prior to arrival. Amount is based on number of guests and length of stay. Security deposit is refunded 48-72 hours post departure.
