I've already had my say about the UEFA deciding where the finals will be held as soon as the 2 finalists are known [ for capacity sake ]
There should be NO public drinking , Bars should be shut 2 hours before kick-off , No cans or plastic bottles should be allowed where the big screens are .
Thats how i see it how about you ? |
I hear what your saying but disagree, not being able to drink and socialize properly would take away from the occasion for many. I was in Barcelona for Celtic's last 16 match this year and the fanzone was excellent, rather than just having everyone scattered over pubs in Las Ramblas and other parts of a large city it was a meet up point where you could arrange to meet mates before you went. The council also provided us with loads of massive bin bags to clean up our rubbish as well, self policing is the most effective IMO, urinals etc set up aswell.
The whole thing was excellent and was big enough to fit everyone, so I don't think banning drink is the answer, it can be done and done well. Also with the UEFA Cup final in Glasgow last year i thoroughly enjoyed myself with Sevilla fans and still find myself humming along to some of their songs.
