Your best bet would probably be to phone their Customer Services, the only problem there is that I think most sites just make this service available without really giving the staff much training on how it works etc - I maybe wrong about that though.

If you haven't done yet then it would be best to check that your phone is compatible for this service, you can check this on their site where all the compatible phones will be listed. If you have a really new model then they might not yet have updated this to be compatible.
