It's so annoying when people just take free pops like that, I have worked in the industry for 17 years. I have worked for

Ladbrokes, and two of the other major ones (one I can't mention cos I work for them now) and really it just becomes mundane hearing so many unsubstantiated (if that's a word) put downs of bookmakers and staff etc. All I have ever done is try to look at every single query that has ever been put to me in an 100% honest manner, whether my opinion is always right or wrong matters neither here nor there really.
Most of the people who are in this industry are in it for virtually the same reasons as me, we love it, but we are all pretty decent people who will treat you as you would like to be treated.
If you have any reason to doubt what I am saying then we can talk about it if you wish.
