Thing is that Arsenal were strong primarily when Hleb, fabs and Flamini all playing together they showed some weakness without... now of course they have G. Silva

and are very much guaranteed to spend some $$$ replacing their midfield however really with no idea about how well this will all go one may feel they may finish anywhere from 2nd-6th perhaps 1st as their attack will surely develop assuming Van Persie, Adebayor and Walcott all keep up without injuries...
... not only this Chelsea and Man Utd will perform well and surely Liverpool will improve

(I feel like I say this every season recently) and with teams like Everton and Man city gaining ground (somewhat) there seem to be too many variables with Arsenal to say... assuming they get their act together and successfully gel their new midfield you may very well be right...
