To: heniek and anyone else getting frustrated by the lack of response from Everest Poker's customer services.
I've found a way of getting them to take notice and do something. I've PMed and emailed their representative on the Casinomeister forum, see my post here:

I have now been communicated with and hopefully will have my problem solved shortly.
I recommend you follow the same route as me.
