Because he lost, the table actually stays the same, he lost his potential winnings and his stake and he gets a no show. If both bets would have won then Posh would be the winner. (unless GaF had 3 no shows already that is).
The rule was brought in to stop this kind of situation, in this case the player in the wrong has still gained, i will amend the rule for next season so this will not benefit those breaking the rules.

PS: Only 3 will go up by the way Marek. TQB did drop out of Div1 but re-applied in time so he just drops the one division.
