Werder Bremen @ 1.9
stan james 4/10
Wouldn't go so far to pretend that Werder are in form again but three consecutive wins (9 goals) and a clear improvement pushed them on second place. They came to two wins and one draw in previous three away games and against struggling Karlsruhe, the next victory is reachable even though Frings and Baumann are out. Yet, considering the toothless KSC of the last few weeks, this doesn't bother me too much. Karlsruhe came to a lucky win at Duisburg after six winless games. Hardly a good performance could be seen of them lately and three goals in last seven underline the harmless offense. None of last three home games got won as consequence.
HSV-Schalke Over 2.5 @ 2.26 betdaq 3/10
I pretend this line is value even though stats rather speak against the over. Hamburg totally have come off the road being winless in last five and even without a single goal in last three. There are severe rumours in the team and it is obvious that the players lack of discipline what really started after coach Stevens had anounced his leave at season end. So performances simply were disappointing ones, still they were close to win at Berlin. Van der Vaart is back and the HSV has the chance to get on place three where Schalke are standing. The guests have been in good form recently, Cottbus was hammered 5-0 and the 1-5 to Werder no bad performance as well, at least in offense. In terms of missings, the HSV is without Jarolim mainly, Schalke miss Pander but Rakitic and Kobiashvili return into squad. Well, preference gotta go to Schalke what the odds do reflect, still this is a game I don't want to get involved in an outcome bet. Both teams tend to unders, Hamburg's previous six games all ended so. Still, I rather expect a few goals to happen .
