You can't get much more central for everyone than
DTD - Personally I'd prefer September - plus August is usually more likely to be Holiday season for people.
I'd make the Hold'em event for sure, if dates are OK.
However I may buy most of my clothes at Oxfam, but I'm not by nature a charitable person so I'd probably give the PLO a miss.
