Bradford vs Hull KR Betting: Financially stricken Bradford can keep their playoff hopes alive with win over Hull KR

Bradford Bulls are having a difficult time of things off the pitch in Super League but on it they are performing remarkably well given the circumstances they are working under and they will be looking to put on a show when they have the television spotlight on Friday night. The Bulls host Hull KR in a match which could go a long way to determining who will make the end of season playoffs.

Bradford come into this match as 1/2 favourites with Coral and despite their six point deduction for going into administration they will go level with Hull KR in the final playoff position should they win here. The boosted could well be boosted by the return of Matt Diskin in this match. Experience is a key thing for them in this situation and there are few more experienced than Diskin. Jason Crookes is also set to return from injury.

Hull KR had put themselves in an excellent position to make the end of season playoffs but a run of five losses in their last six matches has left that playoff place much more precarious and a defeat here will leave them facing a frantic and nervy end to the season. Joel Clinton will miss this match with a hamstring injury while Craig Hall and Con Mika both face fitness tests ahead of the match.

Even with Michael Dobson, one of the best players in Super League, in their ranks Hull KR’s form has dipped alarmingly whereas Bradford look to have really pulled together and are fighting hard in the face of adversity. The Bulls are clearly relishing the home support at the minute as they have won their last four matches since their financial position was confirmed and I expect them to win this one too. Confidence is a big thing in this game and Hull KR can’t have much of it. Bradford are giving it a real go at making the playoffs and I believe they can continue that quest with a win here and a win which will see them covering a six point handicap.
